We believe the healthcare experience will be at its best only when consumers take responsibility for leading and managing the healthcare resources at their disposal.

We also believe healthcare is most effective when power and responsibility are shared throughout the process. For us, that means that patients and health advocates are a part of the healthcare leadership structure in collaboration with doctors, hospitals, nurses and are in control of their own healthcare.

Health advocacy is the best way to exercise your healthcare leadership responsibility. Continuous learning is the best way to make certain that healthcare leadership is effective.
